The fifth-generation 4Runner ran from 2010 through 2024 — an unusually long production run, which means a 2010 and a 2023 4Runner take the same rear cargo fitment.
CargoKits builds two systems for it. The standard drawer system adds lockable, slide-out storage in the rear cargo area while keeping usable space above. The sleeping platform drawer system raises the deck to create a flat surface long enough to sleep on, with the drawers underneath — the difference between the two is whether you're optimizing for daily storage or for camping out of the vehicle.
