The Toyota FJ Cruiser was sold in the US from 2007 through 2014 on the J15 platform, sharing its frame and much of its running gear with the 4th Gen 4Runner and the Lexus GX470.
That platform relationship matters when you are shopping: parts cut for the J120 4Runner and GX470 frequently cross over to the FJ, and vice versa. It is not universal — body panels, lighting and interior trim are FJ-specific — but drivetrain, steering and suspension components often interchange.
One split to watch inside the run: the 2010 model year brought changes that affect some fitment, so parts are commonly offered as 2007–2009 or 2010-and-up rather than covering the whole range. Check the years on the listing rather than assuming any FJ part fits any FJ.
