Mustang generations break down as Fox Body (1979–1993), SN95 (1994–2004, with the New Edge refresh from 1999), S197 (2005–2014), S550 (2015–2023) and S650 (2024+). Fitment rarely crosses those boundaries.
The Campsite Carbon Fox Body & SN95 shift knob is designed and manufactured in the USA and covers both of those generations, which share shifter thread specification.
