Since day one, every printed Campsite Carbon product has been manufactured in-house using traditional FDM 3D printing. That approach helped us launch quickly, stay agile, and grow alongside our customers. It allowed us to prototype fast, iterate often, and keep production close to the design process.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

We’re transitioning the majority of our small-parts production to Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) - one of the most advanced industrial 3D printing technologies available today.

This shift brings immediate improvements in:

• Surface finish
• Strength and durability
• Dimensional consistency
• Overall product cleanliness and appearance

The result is a refined, OEM-style textured finish that closely resembles injection-molded components while still retaining the flexibility and performance advantages of additive manufacturing.

Partnering to Keep Production in the USA

As part of this transition, we’re working closely with a trusted U.S. manufacturing partner to produce these upgraded components domestically. This allows us to:

• Maintain our Made-in-USA commitment
• Improve inventory availability
• Reduce lead times on key products
• Continue rapid in-house prototyping and development

Keeping design and prototyping internal while scaling production externally gives us the best of both worlds: speed and quality.

For more than four years, we’ve held pricing steady while absorbing increases in raw materials, packaging, hardware, and shipping costs across the industry.

To support this transition and continue delivering higher-quality components, select products will see small price adjustments in the coming months.

These updates help ensure we can keep improving product quality, maintaining domestic production, and investing in new product development for the platforms we support.
