You've done the spare tire delete but are left with an empty hole where your camera harness came through, as well as the two giant tire bumpers.  Now what?  Pop the bumpers out and install our direct fit tailgate plugs.  These are natural rubber and will not damage the paint or body, you don't even need tools to install them!  These will clean up your tailgate for a sleek appearance.  For a little extra security, add a drop of clear silicone under the flange.
